When you place an order on the website you will be required to enter the billing address that matches with your credit card before the instore/shipping options appear.  Please allow up to 2 hours for pickups to be processed but we aim to have them picked within the hour as much as possible.  Once the order is picked we will text you (please use a textable phone number) with instructions for pickup.  Please do not arrive at the store before recieving a text or email confirmation.  

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Update: Orders are taking longer to process due to volume. 3+ business days can be expected before your order can ship. We are working as quickly as we can to process all orders as quickly as possible. Thank you for your business and your understanding. 


Concept one inc. ships exclusively within Canada and the continental USA.
 

We ship by UPS and also Canada Post / USPS.  Each service is not available to all locations. During checkout you can choose from the available shipping methods.  IF YOUR ADDRESS IS A P.O. BOX YOU MUST CHOOSE CANADA POST.  If the item is too large for Canada Post you may not use a PO BOX. 


FREE SHIPPING OPTION FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS :

- Free ground shipping is available to Canadian destination orders of $199.00 CDN before tax. Delivery time is 7-15 business days. 

- Oversize or heavy items may not ship for free. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order will have shipping charges to discuss.  

- Free shipping is available to most postal codes. We reserve the right to cancel the offer to remote locations or any area with surcharges for delivery.

- In most cases, free shipping is not applicable to sale items.  

- Orders that qualify for free shipping will not automatically be set to the Free Shipping option, you must click on the option in order to recieve it.

- Free shipping is not applicable to wholesale accounts. 

 


For USA customers:

- Occasionally USA Customs will request your Business ID or receiver's Social Security Number.  If this is the case we will contact you so that we can forward this info to UPS. If the info is not supplied the shipment will be denied entry into USA and will be returned to us. We can refund the price of the product however you will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from the border.  Simply put, if you supply the required info when required your order will clear customs and arrive at your location without issue.

NOTE :  We ship orders out as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 days due to large volumes during busy season.  This includes EXPRESS & PRIORITY shipments.

ORDERS:

Orders placed cannot be modified after they have been placed, please double check your cart before checkout.  We do not have access to your credit card details to add an item.  If you do make an error please contact us ASAP.  If you do not click this option you will be charged shipping, we cannot change this after the fact.  If you wish to have the option changed please contact us and we will cancel the order to be placed again by the customer using the free shipping option. 

Orders that are processed cannot be modified in any way.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel an order we feel is fraudulent or dangerous. 

 

 

PAYMENT

All prices on our Canadian website are in Canadian Dollars.

All prices on our USA website are in American Dollars.

Look at the top of the screen , look for the truck, to see what site you are on.

We accept the following forms of payment :  Visa or Mastercard.



IN STORE PICKUP POLICY

Most items will be ready for pickup within two hours of the time the order was placed. Specific items may take longer due to inventory and/or availability. Please wait for your in-store order pick up notification e-mail before visitng the store for order pickup. Please note if you would like to pick up on Saturday, your order must be placed Friday before 3pm. We are open 10am - 2pm on Saturday, except for long weekends, on which we are closed. Please confirm our store hours on our "Contact Us" page before visiting us. 

Please bring with you: A piece of government-issued photo ID, the credit card used, and the in-store order pickup notification e-mail. For your protection, the person listed on the order must match the credit card used, and is the only person eligible to pick up the order. Your order will be available for in-store pick up for seven (7) days from the date the order is ready. If your order has not been picked up within 7 days, it will be cancelled and refunded. Orders that are not picked up are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund of the transaction. 

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you need to cancel any items(s), let us know. For your convenience, you can contact our store directly at weborders@concept1.ca or 403-287-8549 ext. 4. We are unable to add additional items to your order after it has been placed. To return any item(s), simply bring your items along with the order receipt to our store location. Please refer to Concept-1's current return policy for details. 

DAMAGES / SHORTAGES

Although very infrequent, if your order is missing a product, or if you receive a damaged item or damaged package it must be reported to the shipping company immediately, and to Concept One Inc. immediately.   YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24hrs OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. 

This will allow us to remedy the problem for you by submitting a damages claim.
You must take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to Concept One Inc.
You must keep all packaging materials, boxes, paper, bubble wrap etc.
You will be required to be available for the shipping company to come and view the damaged product and packaging.



RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. The purchase date is printed on your receipt. If the parts in question have be modified we will not accept the return.   Please do not attempt to return parts that are over 30 days, we will not return or refund.

If there is a problem with any of your products please contact us immediately. 

If you need to return a product please call first to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).  We will not accept any returns under any circumstances without a RAN. 

After obtaining a RAN,  your return must be shipping back securely packaged in a box labeled on the outside “CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN – RAN # ___”.   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please do not write on the product box directly, kindly add a label with the return details clearly.   You will be subject to a re-boxing fee if its not in a re-sellable state.  $5.00 - $10.00 reboxing fee when applicable

Items that have been ordered and shipped using the FREE shipping option are subject to a 20% restocking fee in order for us to re-coup some of our costs, unless it was our error i.e. incorrect items sent out. 

Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance. 

 

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE (No Exceptions):

Special Order Items.
Electrical Items of any kind.
Carburetors.
Carburetor Jets.
Tools. 
Items on sale, or discounted products.
Fiberglass parts. Carbon Fiber Parts.
Body parts : Example : bumpers, hoods, side skirts, fenders.
Parts that have been installed.

 WARRANTY

Concept One Inc. supports warranties offered by a product’s manufacturer, assuming the following conditions :
Warranties never include reimbursement for labor time, damage to other components, travel time, or shipping cost.
Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser of the product, with original copy of the invoice supplied upon purchase.
We do not offer warranty of any sort for items purchased on sale. Only items purchased at regular price quality for warranty.
