EMPI. Polished aluminum wheel caps for 5 lug (5-205) wheels. Pair. Hole diameter 6.5". Insert from back side of wheel. 18-1115-0. These do not work on most stock steel wheels, they are meant for aftermarket wheels or buggy steel wheels - measure your hole diameter to be certain.
