Evo Skid Plate - VW MK4
Protect your oil pan with this heavy duty aluminum skid plate. "ATLAS" Fits : VW MK4 Golf & Jetta 1999-2005, New Beetle 1999-2010, and City Golf and City Jetta. All engines. Includes all installation hardware.

This chassis, of all VW cars so far, is the most prone to smashing and damaging the oil pan. Our service department replaces oil pans throughout the year on Customer's cars who do not have a skid plate. Unfortunately we also replace seized motors occasionally on those same cars.
